ARTICLE EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
If, after receiving the item, you have determined that you want to exchange it for another item of the same or higher price category, please contact us by calling the phone number +38269440446 or send us an email to the address info@nikkias.shop. It is necessary that you have the invoice/delivery note number with you at that moment and that you tell us the item code and the size that would suit you.
After that, a physical check is made to see if the desired size, or the desired item, is available, after which you will receive instructions and explanations of the process of exchanging the size for the appropriate one, or exchanging the item for another.
When returning the goods, it is mandatory to return the goods in a proper and unused condition.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. If it is determined that the product is defective or damaged due to the fault of the buyer, the exchange will be refused and the product will be returned to the buyer at his expense.
You cannot change the ordered item on your own initiative in the Nikkia`s warehouse or at the Nikkia`s distributor without prior contact and agreement with the operators in the Online Store, which is listed above.
An ordered item cannot be changed if it has been worn.

CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be made in euros (EUR). If a payment card is used whose currency is not euro, the transaction amount will be converted into the cardholder’s local currency at the card issuer’s exchange rate. As a result of this conversion, there may be minor discrepancies in the amount charged compared to the original price displayed on the website.

REFUNDS
Refunds are only possible to the payment card used for the purchase. There is no possibility of cash withdrawal or transfer to another card or account.
In the event of an approved refund, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days from the date of approval of the complaint or cancellation of the order.

REPLACEMENT DEADLINE
The buyer can initiate the procedure for replacing the item no later than 15 days from the receipt of the product. After that, the deadline for replacing the size of the item is 15 days from the moment the buyer submits the request, and after receiving the product.

DELIVERY COSTS
The cost of replacing the goods in the amount of 6 euros is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or wrong item.
