4. PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
• Basic product characteristics can be found on the website www.nikkias.com.
• All goods have the properties required for regular use in accordance with the Manufacturer’s Declaration.
• Prices are expressed in euros (€) and indicated with each item.
• Prices are subject to change until the order is confirmed.
• Shipping is free for orders over €30. For orders below that amount, the shipping fee is €3.

5. ORDERING AND DELIVERY
• Orders are placed via the website www.nikkias.com.
• Delivery is carried out by couriers of the Montenegrin Post within 7 days, except in exceptional circumstances, of which the buyer will be notified.
• Payment is possible:
• by bank cards (credit/debit), via the Monri WSPay system.

By clicking the CONFIRM button when placing an order, the buyer assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL
The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.
• The buyer is obliged to notify the seller within that period via e-mail info@nikkias.shop or to the company’s headquarters.
• The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the reason is a complaint.
• The goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging and with the accompanying documentation.
• The trader is obliged to refund the amount paid no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

7. COMPLAINTS AND COFORMITY
If the purchased product has a defect or does not comply with the contract, the buyer has the right to make a complaint.

Procedure:
• The complaint is submitted via e-mail info@nikkias.shop or to the company’s headquarters.
• The trader is obliged to respond to the complaint within 8 days of receiving the complaint and to resolve the request within 30 days.
• The buyer has the right to free repair, product replacement or refund in accordance with the law.

8. COPIRIGHT
All website content (texts, images, graphics, logos, programming code, databases) is the property of Nikkias DOO or its partners and is protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act.
Unauthorized use, copying or distribution of content is prohibited and subject to legal liability.

9. USER MATERIALS
Users may post comments and content on the website only in accordance with the law. It is prohibited to post offensive, illegal, defamatory or obscene content.
